1. Independently complete the design and development tasks of new products;

2. Transfer and guidance of the whole process of new products from samples, trial production and mass production;

Job requirements：

1. 25-36 years old, bachelor degree or above; 

2. Major in chemistry and polymer materials/physical chemistry;

3. Proficient in DOE (test and design), FMEA;

4. Familiar with AutoCAD, Office related office software;

5. More than 2 years of design and development experience is preferred;
